Dear Joel

We bonded right from the start as two professionals, there to do a job, with mine as producer needing to reply on a person of your caliber to ensure the safety of my crew and cast.  You did this with your usual professionalism and respect.

In our personal friendship, which has developed over the years, has been fun, even if mainly by text, but when were and are together we share a mutual bond as two people would.  You looked after me and watched my back.  We have spent many times shooting the breeze with other friends and all of them think the world of you, your humor and your great stories you have to tell.
