Dear Joel,

The Joel Kramer I got to know both on set and off is full of fun, laughter, friends, creating good memories and at the same time very professional when it is appropriate.  You were always kind and generous.  One thing I admired about you was that you included everyone in on the fun; guys and girls, not “just the guys”.  This often happens in a male dominated industry that we are in.   Sometimes people wrongly mistake “being friendly” for more than what it really is.

I’m very thankful for the times you called me to work over the years on numerous shows. It would still be an honor to work for you.
